I got my education.

I'm not a know-it-all. I'm not a professor of the English Language. I do find alarming, however, the vast number of people who submitted the following reviews at Apple.com. One can submit their review of a product so that others may benefit by some backround info on that product before they make a purchase.

I'm definitely guilty of typos, but come on folks! These are real reviews cut and pasted from apple.com. Have we been out of school so long that we forgot how to spell the most simplest words in American vocabulary? And why don't some of us care? I'll hope people were just in a hurry when they submitted these.

Reviews of Software

the program runs quite well. However, one must perches another copy of windows xp if they wish to use windows xp. The also contained a small conflict with my external hard drive (did not ignolige it in windows, but rather in mac. Yet, it is a nice to possess a windows that shall not smight the whole computer when it is hit with a virus.

Two Boys Holding Hands

Irish rich red buzz cut
Pacific Island blue-black feathers
Holding hands carefree and without a first thought up the Dupont metro escalator
Porcelain white over Kraft paper brown little fingers
They are no more than 28 years old

Buzzcut stands behind Blueblack
And slips his hand in Blueblacks’ front pocket
There is nothing lewd about this
Carefree and without a first thought

They speak of what to have for dinner
They speak of work
They speak as any happily married couple on in their years

I smile and think of my husband
As I hunt for the rest of his birthday gifts on this ordinary afternoon
I am as lucky as the two boys in front of me
And I smile and happiness assembles itself and crawls out of my eyes just a bit

No top or bottom
No queen or butch
Just 2 normal young guys who love each other so very much
A blind man could see their comfort and happiness

Off the escalator they are laughing and holding hands flying above the humdrum of the Dupont Q street metro exit
I smile and walk behind them thinking of my husbands birthday dinner at Fogo de Chao
I bet it will be over a hundred bucks, I think
It was
worth it

I cross Connecticut feeling queasy before I had reason to and then:
The sound that can’t be correctly described
The sound I thought I’d never have to hear
Again
metal and plastic punch flesh
twice – two different cars
If only they were holding hands

Buzzcut holds Blueblack tightly to his chest as they lie on Q street
Freckles and spatters of blood dance on his arms
Why
Buzzcut and I start to cry and I call 911 and ask for Ryan
I realize my mistake and shake back to reality to ask for assistance

I run to Buzzcut and tell him I’ve called 911
I try to touch his arm
And he shoves my hand away
For no other mans’ touch will ever do, now

So much blood from one small person
So much death for one small world

I stagger backward to the fire hydrant and cry
People ask if it was my friend
I felt guilty for I still have my husband
Buzzcut cries and looks at me
And I mouth “I’m sorry” as I felt his heart breaking

They were only two boys holding hands

Bis wir uns wieder treffen (Until we meet again)

It matters not the colour of ones’ skin
It matters not the colour of ones’ sin

Hitler was in my bed last night,
And I was showing him a couple of things.

He still has that ridiculous moustache.

I really wonder what the barber shop in hell is like.

Hitler told me he was enjoying being brought back to life.
And as I looked in his eyes I was seeing with my own eyes for the first time in centuries.

The blood of the world competes with the oceans
there are killings every day
the order of the Klan is alive and well
and the bombs are still being made
DC metro Green line girls
Make fun of the yellow line girls
Ipod head phones keep us segregated
Inside our own deafening and silent worlds
Strangers tell us who we are
And put us in our place
And when I speak my mind and ignore the rules
No one can seem to look in my face
White bosses in DC
Step meekly around black employee toes
I hate to tell you, it’s not one’s colour
But lack of work ethic that causes one’s employment woes
And no generalizing the Latin Generals
Here is a crime I never knew
Segregate within the Castano Sea
Get the classification right or you’ll get the crap knocked out of you
My Northern Italian & Southern Italian brothers
Italians in between by the millions
Put please stick with just one Family
heaven forbid you should marry a Sicilian
And aren’t I still your gypsy slave
Still your childhood golliwog doll
regardelss you'd jump at the chance for my ouzo injection
Which, by the way, needs to be reinstalled
64 years later it’s still race against race
Buildings are on fire and minority children take the bait
Agnew and Lott, Mooney and Mencia
Do we bless the Politicals and comedians for their shiny and sugary hate?

And before I woke
Unto me Hitler spoke:
“phoenix fires will make you choke
‘under the spreading chestnut tree
I sold you and you sold me’
read any good old books lately?
Or do you only notice what’s up your ass or on TV?
I’ll just twirl here patiently
I’ve all the time in your world you see”

And with that Hitler grinned

That

grin

“Auf Wiedersehen vorläufig, mein Schatz
Bis wir uns wieder treffen”

Your empowerment
Should not deny someone
of their empowerment.
